Per periodi piu' lunghi il prezzo varia secondo accordi.

I prezzi si intendono per unità abitativa x 2 persone max ed utilizzo di una sola camera da letto.

L'utilizzo della seconda camera (max. 2 persone) comporterà un sovraprezzo di 50 USD$

Il consumo di energia elettrico si paga in base ai Kw consumati (6 Pesos xKW/h).

Al momento della prenotazione và versata una caparra pari al 50% dell'importo totale ed il restante 50% va versato alla consegna delle chiavi.

Viene richiesto un deposito cauzionale (a copertura di eventuali danni) pari a 100 USD$ che verrà restituito alla partenza.

A richiesta possiamo fornirvi ogni tipo di serivizio addizionale, escursioni, noleggio auto moto, servizio navetta da/per tutti gli aereoporti ecc....
